Concrete grouting method
The invention relates to a concrete grouting method, which mainly solves the problem of poor repair quality of a broken concrete slab in the prior art, and comprises the following steps: 1) primarily removing chippings; 2) high-pressure water injection; (3) primary grouting is conducted on the crack through a grouting device, the upper opening of the crack is filled with slurry, the opening of the crack is closed, and a cavity is formed in the crack; 4) drilling a plurality of holes at intervals; (5) high-pressure gas is injected, the other end of the crack in the length direction is opened, and other holes are closed; (6) elastic storage barrels are connected to two of the holes located in the middle correspondingly, the other holes are synchronously connected through a grouting device, secondary grouting is conducted, the cavity is filled with the slurry, and the redundant slurry overflows into the storage barrels; (7) the containing cavity is filled with the slurry in the storage barrel through the storage barrel; and (8) the repaired position is polished through an angle grinder, and then high-molecular neat paste consistent with the whole concrete slab in color is used for conducting surface paste spraying on the repaired position.
