The invention discloses a light concrete grouting method and a wall formed by the light concrete grouting.A layered baffle and a limiting protrusion are arranged in a formwork, the layered baffle comprises a baffle opening and closing section and a baffle fixing section, the baffle opening and closing section can be rotationally opened and closed along a rotating shaft, and the limiting protrusion can limit the rotating angle of the baffle opening and closing section; and after the formwork below the baffle opening and closing section is filled with the light concrete, the baffle opening and closing section can be closed under the pressure of the light concrete above the baffle opening and closing section and/or the buoyancy of the light concrete below the baffle opening and closing section. According to the light concrete wall, extrusion of concrete to the formwork can be effectively reduced, on the basis, integration of the formwork and the decorative plate can be achieved, and therefore the construction precision and the construction speed of the light concrete wall are improved.
本发明公开了一种轻混凝土灌浆方法及其形成的墙体,在模壳内部设置分层挡板和限位凸起,分层挡板包括挡板开合段和挡板固定段,挡板开合段可沿转轴转动开合,限位凸起能够限制挡板开合段的旋转角度;当挡板开合段下方的模壳被轻混凝土填满后,挡板开合段能够因受到来自挡板开合段上方的轻混凝土压力和/或来自挡板开合段下方的轻混凝土浮力而闭合。本发明能够有效降低混凝土对模板的挤压,在此基础上,可以实现模板与装饰板的一体化,由此提升轻混凝土墙体的施工精度和施工速度。
