The invention provides submarine cable riprap dam deprotection cleaning equipment which comprises a walking system and a machine body arranged on the walking system, a buoyancy module used for providing buoyancy for the machine body is arranged on the machine body, an electronic cabin and a transmission device are arranged in the machine body, and the transmission device extends to the front end of the machine body. The end, away from the machine body, of the transmission device is connected with a tail end cleaning device, the side face of the machine body is obliquely and downwards provided with a stone discharging device, and the transmission device is used for conveying riprap collected by the tail end cleaning device to the stone discharging device and discharging the riprap out of the machine body. The electronic cabin is used for controlling starting and stopping of the walking system, the buoyancy module, the transmission device and the tail end cleaning device. The cleaning equipment walks on the seabed through the walking system, the normal load of the whole equipment can be adjusted through the buoyancy module, ripraps are collected through the tail end cleaning device, the ripraps are conveyed to the stone discharging device through the transmission device and then discharged from the side face of the machine body, and therefore cleaning of the ripraps on the outer layer of the seabed riprap dam is achieved.
