The dry-method overhead floor heating structural body comprises a plurality of floor heating modules and an overhead structure. The plurality of floor heating modules are arranged on the overhead structure, so that grouting gaps are formed between the plurality of floor heating modules and the foundation structure layer; grouting holes are formed in at least part of the floor heating modules, so that pouring materials are poured into the grouting gaps through the grouting holes until the grouting gaps are filled, and self-leveling is achieved; and after the pouring filling material filling the grouting gap is solidified, at least part of structures, exposed out of the floor heating module, of the first foot margin and the second foot margin can be detached, and at least part of structures, located below the floor heating module, of the first foot margin and the second foot margin are reserved in the dry-method overhead floor heating structural body.
