The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant and ultraviolet-aging-resistant pavement maintenance seal coat and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant and ultraviolet-aging-resistant pavement maintenance seal coat comprises an original pavement layer, a first elastomer polymer material layer, an emulsified asphalt material layer, a sand material layer and a second elastomer polymer material layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The first elastomer polymer material layer and the second elastomer polymer material layer are made of elastomer polymer materials. An elastomeric polymer includes a base material, a modifying material, and an additive. The base material comprises polyethylene naphthalate. The modified material comprises rubidium boron nitrate and benzosilole. The rubidium boron nitrate/benzosilole composite material adopted in the modified material not only exerts the ultraviolet aging resistance and high temperature resistance of rubidium boron nitrate and benzosilole, but also can be used as a sound absorption and noise reduction auxiliary agent of the sound absorption and noise reduction material polyethylene naphthalate in the base material to generate a synergistic enhancement effect.
本发明提供了一种耐高温耐紫外老化的路面养护封层及制备方法,包括从下至上依次设置的原有路面层、第一层弹性体聚合物材料层、乳化沥青材料层、砂料层和第二层弹性体聚合物材料层。第一层弹性体聚合物材料层和第二层弹性体聚合物材料层均采用弹性体聚合物材料制成。弹性体聚合物包括基础材料、改性材料和添加剂。基础材料包括聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯。改性材料包括硼硝酸铷和苯并噻咯。本发明的改性材料中采用的硼硝酸铷/苯并噻咯复合材料除了发挥硼硝酸铷和苯并噻咯自身的耐紫外老化和耐高温性能外,还能作为基础材料中的吸声降噪材料聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯的吸声降噪助剂,产生协同增强的效果。
