The invention provides a pavement maintenance seal coat material with high viscosity, heat insulation, wear resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance and a preparation method thereof. The pavement maintenance seal coat material comprises a polymer layer material. The polymer material is prepared from the following raw materials: a base material, a modified material and an additive. The base material is prepared from the following raw materials: ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, isophthalic acid, 1, 4-butanediol, polytetrahydrofuran ether, an antioxidant and butyl titanate. The modified material is prepared from the following raw materials: a talcum powder/urea-terminated polybutadiene acrylonitrile composite material, hafnium-tantalum-niobium ternary carbide, a polyphenylene sulfide/polytetrafluoroethylene composite material and barium magnesium fluoborate. The additive is butadiene-vinylpyridine rubber latex. The material of the polymer layer is used for enhancing the binding power, the heat insulation performance, the wear resistance and the ultraviolet aging resistance, and is also used for enhancing the binding performance of the polymer.
