The invention provides an angular displacement damper device with a thread amplification function. The angular displacement damper device comprises a floor (1), a wall (2), a connecting device (3), a thread amplification device (4), a guide rod (5), an arc angular displacement damper (6) and a damper supporting beam (7). The floor is supported by a wall; the connecting device comprises a floor lug plate, a force transmission vertical rod and a short lever lug plate; the thread amplifying device comprises a short lever, a torsion beam, a long lever and a torsion beam supporting beam; wherein the floor is connected with the wall through the connecting device and the thread amplifying device; the thread amplification device is connected with the arc angular displacement damper through the guide rod; the arc angular displacement damper is supported by the damper supporting beam, and the damper supporting beam is supported by the wall. As a building energy dissipation damper, the angular displacement damping device can reduce structural displacement, speed, acceleration and noise and improve structural comfort, safety and reliability.
