The invention provides a charging port cover control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that an opening locked-rotor point and a closing locked-rotor point are determined, the opening locked-rotor point is a locked-rotor point of a motor when a charging port cover is in a standard opening state, and the closing locked-rotor point is a locked-rotor point of the motor when the charging port cover is in a standard closing state; when a charging port cover state to-be-changed signal is received, the current state of the charging port cover is obtained; if the charging port cover is currently in the standard closed state, a first rotation instruction of rotating to an opening locked-rotor point is sent to the motor; and if the charging port cover is currently in the standard opening state, a second rotation instruction of rotating to the closed locked-rotor point is sent to the motor. By means of the charging port cover, inconvenience and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the charging port cover is not completely opened or closed are avoided, and the problem that opening and closing of the charging port cover cannot be accurately controlled at present is solved.
