The invention discloses a stemming material for an anti-splashing blast furnace and a preparation method of the stemming material, the stemming material comprises a certain amount of high-alumina bauxite particles, coke particles, silicon carbide fine powder, clay fine powder, quartz sand fine powder, ferro-silicon nitride fine powder, high-temperature asphalt and tar, and the high-alumina bauxite particles are equal-diameter particles. The method comprises the following steps: by taking high bauxite particles and coke particles as aggregates and silicon carbide fine powder, clay fine powder, quartz sand fine powder, ferro-silicon nitride fine powder and high-temperature asphalt as matrix materials, firstly premixing the matrix materials, then putting the matrix materials and the aggregates into a preheated mixing mill for mixing, then adding tar, continuously mixing and rolling, and carrying out extrusion molding by adopting a mud extruding machine, so as to obtain a finished product. The anti-splashing stemming material for the blast furnace is obtained. The stemming material is good in uniformity and air permeability, high in gap filling capacity, excellent in anti-splashing performance and good in slag resistance.
