The invention discloses a porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and a ceramic atomization core, the porous ceramic material comprises 65-75 wt% of mixed powder, 20-30 wt% of paraffin and 5-10 wt% of a modifier, and the mixed powder comprises 60-80 wt% of aggregate and 20-40 wt% of a pore forming agent; the aggregate comprises layered silicate minerals; the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing the aggregate and the pore-forming agent to obtain mixed powder, adding the mixed powder into a mixed solution formed by mixing molten paraffin and a modifier, uniformly mixing to obtain a grouting material, and performing hot pressing on the grouting material to prepare a green body; and step 2, carrying out dewaxing treatment on the green body to obtain a dewaxed green body, and sintering the dewaxed green body at 1100-1200 DEG C to obtain the porous ceramic material. The prepared porous ceramic material is good in size consistency, simple and convenient to produce and operate, low in cost and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种多孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法、及陶瓷雾化芯,所述多孔陶瓷材料包括65‑75wt%的混合粉体、20‑30wt%的石蜡以及5‑10wt%的改性剂,所述混合粉体包括60‑80wt%的骨料和20‑40wt%的造孔剂;所述骨料包括层状硅酸盐矿物;制备方法包括步骤1,将所述骨料和所述造孔剂均匀混合得到混合粉体,将所述混合粉体加入到融化的石蜡和改性剂混合形成的混合液中,均匀混合得到注浆料,将所述注浆料热压制成生坯;步骤2,将所述生坯进行排蜡处理,得到排蜡生坯,将所述排蜡生坯于1100‑1200℃下进行烧结,得到所述多孔陶瓷材料。本发明制得的多孔陶瓷材料尺寸一致性好、生产操作简便、成本低且适合大规模生产。
