The invention provides a cooperative treatment method and system for waste incineration fly ash and silicon-rich waste, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out multi-stage washing pretreatment on the waste incineration fly ash, then mixing the fly ash wet slag with an alkaline preparation solution and the silicon-rich waste, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, then carrying out solid-liquid separation on hydrothermal product slurry, and carrying out solid-liquid separation on the solid-liquid separation product slurry; desalting and concentrating the hydrothermal filtrate, and refluxing for utilization; uniformly mixing the hydrothermal product filter cake with a washing solution, introducing carbon dioxide gas into the mixed slurry, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the washing slurry to obtain hydrated calcium silicate board wet slag, and refluxing the washing filtrate for utilization; and finally, uniformly mixing the hydrated calcium silicate board wet slag with cement, fibers and an organic silicon waterproof agent, carrying out compression molding, and drying to obtain a molded blank, thereby obtaining the calcium silicate board. According to the method, the aims of zero emission and zero pollution are achieved through a comprehensive treatment mode of multi-stage washing, hydrothermal reaction under the alkaline condition, calcium silicate board preparation and waste liquid circulation treatment.
本发明提供一种垃圾焚烧飞灰和富硅废弃物的协同处理方法与系统,其中方法包括以下步骤:首先对垃圾焚烧飞灰进行多级水洗预处理,再将飞灰湿渣与碱性配置溶液和富硅废弃物混合并进行水热反应,再对水热产物料浆进行固液分离,水热滤液经脱盐浓缩后回流利用;然后将水热产物滤饼与洗涤液混合均匀,同时在混合料浆中通入二氧化碳气体,并对洗涤料浆进行固液分离得到水化硅酸钙板湿渣,洗涤滤液回流利用;最后将水化硅酸钙板湿渣与水泥、纤维和有机硅防水剂混合均匀并压制成型,干燥所得成型坯体,制备得到硅酸钙板。该方法通过“多级水洗+碱性条件的水热反应+硅酸钙板制备+废液循环处置”的综合处理方式,实现了零排放、零污染的目标。
