The method comprises the steps that longitudinal moving temporary construction supports are arranged on the front side and the rear side of a pier set on the right side, and left-width temporary construction supports are arranged on the front side and the rear side of a pier set on the left side; a longitudinal moving slide way structure and a transverse moving slide way structure are erected on the longitudinal moving temporary construction support; a left first steel truss and a left guide beam are assembled on the longitudinal moving slide way structure, and a left second steel truss is assembled after the left first steel truss and the left guide beam are pushed forwards to a first preset position and is pushed forwards to a second preset position; the left truss girder is pushed to the left temporary construction support along the transverse sliding way structure and falls in place, so that the left truss girder is arranged on the first pier column and the second pier column in a spanning mode; a right first steel truss and a right guide beam are assembled on the longitudinal sliding way structure, and after the right first steel truss and the right guide beam are pushed forwards to a first preset position, a right second steel truss is assembled, and the right second steel truss is pushed forwards to a second preset position; and the right truss girder falls in place so that the right truss girder can be arranged on the third pier column and the fourth pier column in a spanning mode.
