Construction method of viaduct
According to the construction method of the viaduct, the steel box girders are spliced according to the preset size through construction in the transverse direction of the viaduct, then construction in the longitudinal direction of the viaduct is utilized, the spliced steel box girders are spliced to form all the sections forming the viaduct, and finally all the sections are spliced to form the complete viaduct. When construction in the longitudinal bridge direction is carried out, a site is leveled firstly, and a plurality of temporary supports are built at the positions adjacent to piers along the longitudinal bridge direction; hoisting the assembled steel box girders by utilizing hoisting equipment, and sequentially assembling the plurality of steel box girders to form sections with preset lengths; and finally, cantilever arm installation is conducted at the two ends of each section through hoisting equipment, and the cantilever arm between every two adjacent sections is welded, so that a complete viaduct deck is formed. The construction mode adapts to complex construction working conditions, and the construction efficiency of the viaduct is greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种高架桥的施工方法,通过横桥向施工对钢箱梁进行预设尺寸的拼装,在利用纵桥向施工,将拼装好的钢箱梁拼接形成组成高架桥的各个节段,最后将各个节段进行拼接,以形成完整的高架桥。在进行纵桥向施工时,先整平场地,在纵桥向沿线的桥墩相邻位置搭建若干临时支架;然后利用吊装设备将拼装好的钢箱梁进行吊装后,在对若干钢箱梁进行依次拼装,以形成预设长度的节段;最后利用吊装设备在每一个节段的两端进行挑臂安装以及对相邻两节段之间的挑臂进行焊接,以形成完整的高架桥的桥面;该施工方式适应复杂施工工况,大大地提高了高架桥的施工效率。
