The invention discloses a hollow slab girder bridge reinforcing system based on a prestressed fiber reinforced composite material FRP grid and a construction method.The reinforcing system comprises the FRP grid, a counter-force plate, a jack, a supporting plate, U-shaped ribs and geopolymer mortar, an anchor plate is anchored to the tensioning end of the FRP grid, a groove for clamping the anchor plate is formed in the middle of the supporting plate, and the counter-force plate is arranged in the groove; tensioning screws are inserted into the two sides of the counter-force plate, the supporting plate and the anchor plate in a penetrating mode. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning the bottom surface of the hollow slab beam to be reinforced; (2) assembling a pre-tightening device; (3) fixing the supporting plate; (4) installing a pre-tightening device and fixing the FRP grid; (5) mounting a counter-force plate and a jack, and tensioning the FRP grid; (6) disassembling the jack and the counter-force plate; (7) penetrating through the meshes of the FRP grids and upwards implanting U-shaped ribs crossing hinge joints; and (8) geopolymer mortar is sprayed on the surface of the FRP grid. According to the method, efficient tensioning of the FRP grid is achieved, the hollow slab girder bridge is rapidly repaired, and normal use and long-term durability are guaranteed.
