The invention discloses a water conservancy project waterproof roll construction method, which comprises the following steps of: paving one by one in subareas, mounting a wheel of a waterproof roll above a subarea to be constructed, and linearly moving along the length direction of the subarea; the material roll is arranged above the initial ends of the sub-areas, the free end of the waterproof roll on the material roll is pulled, the free end is flatly attached and fixed to the initial ends of the sub-areas, and the free end is pressed by a heavy pin roller which integrally moves with the wheel; the wheels are moved towards the tail ends of the sub-areas, the material rolls on the wheels rotate automatically under the rolling action of the heavy pin rollers to continuously release the needed waterproof coiled materials, and the released waterproof coiled materials are rolled by the heavy pin rollers to be attached to the sub-areas; and when the waterproof coiled material covers the tail end of the excessive area, the waterproof coiled material is cut off. According to the construction method provided by the invention, the waterproof coiled material can be quickly and stably released, and the bonding of the coiled material and a construction surface is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种水利工程防水卷材施工方法，采用分区逐个铺贴，防水卷材的轱辘安装在待施工的分区域的上方，并能沿着分区域的长度方向直线移动；将料卷安置在分区域的初始端上方，并拉拽料卷上的防水卷材的自由端，将自由端平贴固定在分区域的初始端上，并用一个与轱辘一体式移动的重型滚柱压住自由端；将轱辘朝分区域的末端方向移动，轱辘上的料卷在重型滚柱的滚压作用下自转而不断释放所需的防水卷材，释放后的防水卷材即被重型滚柱滚压贴合在分区域上；当防水卷材覆盖过分区域的末端时，防水卷材被切断。本发明所提供的施工方法，可以做到快速平稳地释放防水卷材，利于卷材与施工面的粘结。
