The invention provides a stirring drilling tool which comprises a power source, a transmission device, a drill rod set and a cutting device, the drill rod set comprises a plurality of drill rods, protruding sections are arranged on the drill rods, the cutting device is rotationally connected to the protruding sections of the drill rods through a buffer device, and when the drill rods rotate, the protruding sections form a cam mechanism to drive the cutting device to do reciprocating motion to cut and widen a groove body. The effective thickness of the continuous wall is increased.
本发明提供一种搅拌钻具,属于建筑机械领域。柱列式地下连续墙在我国建筑基坑支护工程中应用广泛,柱列式地下连续墙是由专用的多轴钻机驱动一组钻杆,钻进过程中钻头端部可以向搅松的土壤中注入水泥浆液,构筑成一段水泥土墙体。但是现有技术中,钻杆回转时形成的钻孔为圆形,多个连续钻孔形成的槽体有效宽度小于钻孔直径,致使构筑成的墙体有效厚度小于设计要求。本发明提供一种搅拌钻具,包括动力源、传动装置、钻杆组和切割装置,钻杆组包括多根钻杆,钻杆上设置有凸出段,切割装置通过缓冲装置转动连接在钻杆的凸出段,钻杆转动时,凸出段形成凸轮机构带动所述切割装置往复运动,切平扩宽槽体,增加连续墙有效厚度。
