The invention provides an omni-directional stirring drilling tool which comprises a drill rod assembly and a drill bit, and the drill bit is installed on the drill rod assembly. The drill rod assembly includes at least one central drill rod and at least one sleeve. The central drill rod and the sleeve are coaxially arranged; the drill bit comprises a shell, at least one set of first stirring device and at least one set of second stirring device. The first stirring device is connected with the central drill rod, the shell is connected with the sleeve, the second stirring device is installed on the shell, and the second stirring device is perpendicular to the first stirring device. The center drill rod drives the first stirring device to stir, the casing pipe drives the shell, and relative movement between the center drill rod and the casing pipe drives the second stirring device to stir. The effect of longitudinal stirring of the second stirring device can be achieved without a stop plate, meanwhile, the second stirring device can revolve around the center drill rod, all-directional stirring can be conducted on the periphery of the center drill rod, and therefore the better stirring effect is achieved.
