The PHC pipe pile prefabricated filling core reinforcing structure comprises a pipe pile, a filling core structure, a grouting material and a grouting structure, the pile foundation damaged position of the pipe pile is filled with the filling core structure, the filling core structure is a prefabricated cylindrical reinforced concrete structure, steel plate strips are obliquely inserted into the periphery of the filling core structure, a perforated steel plate is pre-embedded in the top of the filling core structure, and the grouting material is arranged in the grouting structure. The core filling structure can be filled to the specific damaged position of the pipe pile according to needs, the steel plate strips are arranged on the periphery of the core filling structure, after the core filling structure is lowered into the pipe pile, the steel plate strips deform to achieve the friction effect with the inner wall of the pipe pile, the core filling structure can be fixed to any position, local construction is achieved, the using amount of core filling materials is small, maintenance time is short, and the construction process is simple; and the pipe pile construction speed is greatly increased.
