The invention discloses a low-stress-difference cutting replacement technology for a non-protection supporting foundation of a large stone cultural relic. The low-stress-difference cutting replacement technology comprises the steps that (1) a diamond wire saw (10) is used for cutting the non-protection supporting foundation (20) of the stone cultural relic (1); 2) timely inserting a steel plate (30) into the cutting gap, filling the gap, and supporting the steel plate protruding from the foundation gap by using a jack (40) so as to reduce the stress difference of the foundations on the two sides of the diamond wire saw; (3) in the cutting process, along with gradual expansion of the cutting gap, the step (2) is repeated, and a new steel plate and a jack are arranged until cutting of the whole non-protection supporting foundation (20) is completed; (4) the whole stone cultural relics are jacked step by step through a jack group; and (5) foundation replacement is conducted, then the whole stone cultural relics are lowered step by step through the jack group, and installation of the new foundation of the stone cultural relics is completed.
