The waterproof and drainage device comprises a cover plate which is arranged along the line of the top end of the expansion joint and covers the expansion joint, olecranon drip lines which are arranged along the lines of the two sides of the bottom end of the expansion joint, and a drainage groove plate which is arranged below the line of the bottom end of the expansion joint and covers the expansion joint. A water guide groove is formed in the area of the expansion joint on the cover plate; the upper part of the eagle-beak water drip is tightly adhered to the inner wall of the expansion joint on the side through a flexible self-adhesive coiled material, and the lower part of the eagle-beak water drip is a raised eagle-beak part and is mounted on a building structure on the side through a mounting plate; the two sides of the upper portion of the drainage groove plate are installed on building structures on the two sides of the expansion joint through fixing plates respectively, the lower portion of the drainage groove plate is a concave drainage channel, the end of the drainage groove plate is provided with an end sealing plate and a flow guide pipe, the olecranon portions of the olecranon water drips on the two sides point to and extend into the drainage channel, the upper end of the flow guide pipe is communicated with the drainage channel, and the lower end of the flow guide pipe is used for being externally connected with a drainage pipe. The device is convenient and reliable to install, plugging is replaced by drainage, the problem of water leakage is effectively solved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
