A stress plate extrudes an arc-shaped plate through an extrusion ring, and the arc-shaped plate is buffered through movement of a compression mechanism, so that a rubber plate is extruded by the arc-shaped plate to be compressed, and then the rubber plate slides on the outer side of a connecting rod through a ball, drives the compression plate to slide under deviation force, extrudes and buffers the deviation force and prevents the deviation force from acting in a buffer rod; and vibration deflection force is relieved, and the situation that the load on the buffer rod is too large when the vibration force deflects is prevented.
