Binding method for wall steel bars
The invention discloses a method for binding wall steel bars, which comprises the following steps of: straightening a reserved lap joint rib of a poured wall to enable the reserved lap joint rib to be vertical to a floor slab; a plurality of main reinforcements are bound with the reserved lap joint reinforcements, and the lap joint lengths of the main reinforcements and the reserved lap joint reinforcements are determined; the lap length is expressed by a formula: L = X * beta * eta; the multiple main reinforcements are bound to form double-layer reinforcement structures, the double-layer reinforcement structures are connected through tie bars, and the distance between the double-layer reinforcement structures is determined according to the thickness of the wall; a plurality of transverse bars are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction of the double-layer steel bar structure and connected with a plurality of main bars respectively, and the main bars are perpendicular to the transverse bars to form a double-layer steel bar net. By means of the method, the lap joint length of the main reinforcement and the reserved lap joint reinforcement can be accurately calculated, the designed lap joint length error during connection of the reinforcing steel bars is reduced, and the situation that the connection strength between the reinforcing steel bars cannot meet the design requirement and the reinforcing steel bar materials are wasted is avoided.
本发明公开一种墙体钢筋的绑扎方法,其中,掰直已浇筑墙体的预留搭接筋,以使预留搭接筋与楼板垂直;采用多根主筋与预留搭接筋进行绑扎,确定主筋与预留搭接筋的搭接长度;搭接长度的用公式表示为:L=X*β*η;多根主筋绑扎后形成双层钢筋结构,采用拉结筋将双层钢筋结构连接,且依据墙体的厚度确定双层钢筋结构之间的间距;在双层钢筋结构的纵向方向依次排列设置多根横筋,多根横筋分别与多根主筋连接,主筋与横筋垂直设置,以形成双层钢筋网;通过上述方法可以精确的计算出主筋与预留搭接筋的搭接长度,减小钢筋在连接时设计的搭接长度误差,避免钢筋之间的连接强度达不到设计要求,以及浪费钢筋材料。
