The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall steel bar and lining wall steel bar three-dimensional conversion device and a construction method thereof.The method comprises the steps that a vertical buried plate is arranged in an underground diaphragm wall, after earth excavation is completed, a post-compensation vertical shear plate with the same thickness in the same direction is arranged at the position of the buried plate, and the width of the shear plate meets the requirement for penetrating of a lining wall vertical steel bar; a steel bar clamping plate parallel to the underground diaphragm wall is vertically welded outside the anti-shear plate; a horizontal supporting plate is welded perpendicular to the steel bar clamping plate and used for welding lining wall horizontal steel bars. The method is suitable for steel bar three-dimensional conversion of the underground diaphragm wall and the lining wall which are also used as the basement outer wall and the horizontal component, and on the premise that installation of vertical steel bars of the lining wall is not affected and cooperative work of the underground diaphragm wall and the lining wall is guaranteed, the engineering amount of embedded parts is greatly reduced, and the engineering amount of steel bar welding and steel bar tying is reduced; meanwhile, the steel bar quality and the structure safety are prevented from being affected by welding of the bent steel bar and the embedded plate, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种地连墙钢筋与内衬墙钢筋立体转换装置及其施工方法,方法包括:通过在地连墙内部设置竖向埋板,待土方开挖完成后,在所述埋板位置设置同方向同厚度的后补竖向抗剪板,所述抗剪板的宽度满足内衬墙竖向钢筋穿入;在所述抗剪板外垂直焊接平行于地连墙的钢筋夹板;垂直于所述钢筋夹板焊接水平托板,用以焊接内衬墙水平钢筋。本发明适用于兼做地下室外墙的地连墙与内衬墙及水平构件的钢筋立体三维转换,本技术在不影响内衬墙竖向钢筋安装及确保地连墙与内衬墙协同工作的前提下,大量减少预埋件的工程量、减少钢筋焊接及拉结钢筋工程量;同时,避免钢筋弯折后与埋板焊接影响钢筋质量,影响结构安全,保证施工质量。
