A third water wheel is installed in the second cavity, the backflow generator is connected with a rotating shaft in a matched mode through a planetary reducer, a fourth water wheel is installed on the rotating shaft, a backflow pipe is installed on the machine body, and the fourth water wheel is located in the backflow pipe. Four times of power generation operation at different positions can be completed in one surge, the conversion rate and the utilization rate of tide water power generation are effectively improved, and then the power generation capacity is improved.
