Energy-saving coating as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving coatings, in particular to an energy-saving coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing a base material, a doping agent and ethanol to obtain mixed powder; the base material comprises lanthanum oxide and further comprises aluminum oxide and/or chromium oxide; the doping agent comprises one or more of calcium oxide, iron oxide and magnesium oxide; the mixed powder is subjected to solid-phase sintering, and high-emissivity powder is obtained; and mixing the high-emissivity powder with a liquid adhesive, brushing the mixture on the surface of a matrix, and curing to obtain the energy-saving coating. The energy-saving coating prepared by the preparation method has a relatively high energy utilization rate, and the coating has a good bonding state after multiple energy-saving examinations.
