The invention belongs to the technical field of radiation cold-heat conversion films, and particularly relates to an energy-saving ceramic coating with radiation energy regulation and conversion functions as well as a preparation method and application of the energy-saving ceramic coating. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a semi-viscous SMMA prepolymer dispersion liquid; 2) preparing ethanol dispersion liquid of alpha-aluminum oxide; and 3) mixing the SMMA prepolymer dispersion liquid with the ethanol dispersion liquid of alpha-aluminum oxide, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and then fully stirring to obtain a white ceramic coating, namely the energy-saving ceramic coating with the radiation energy regulation and conversion functions. A coating prepared from the energy-saving ceramic coating provided by the invention has the characteristics of high solar reflectivity, high atmospheric transmission window emissivity, high mechanical strength, low thickness and the like.
本发明属于辐射冷热转换薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种具有辐射能量调节与转换功能的节能陶瓷涂料及其制备方法和应用。该方法包括以下步骤:1)制备半粘稠状的SMMA预聚物分散液;2)制备α‑氧化铝的乙醇分散液;3)将SMMA预聚物分散液与α‑氧化铝的乙醇分散液混合,超声,然后充分搅拌,得到白色陶瓷涂料,即为具有辐射能量调节与转换功能的节能陶瓷涂料。以本发明提供的节能陶瓷涂料制备的涂层,具有高太阳反射率、高大气透射窗发射率、高机械强度和低厚度等特点。
