The reaction type wheel-sticking-free interlayer adhesive comprises a component A and a component B which are independently subpackaged, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is (1-6): 1; the solid content of the component B is 5-40%; the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of matrix asphalt, 3-5% of a solid modifier, 2-6% of a liquid modifier, 0.7-1.5% of an emulsifier and 30-50% of water; the component B is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0 to 5 percent of organic silicon emulsion, 5 to 10 percent of polyethylene wax emulsion, 0 to 5 percent of special monomer and 85 to 95 percent of water. The reaction type wheel-sticking-free interlayer adhesive provided by the invention is good in adhesive property, high in demulsification speed, free of wheel sticking after construction, good in environmental protection property and capable of improving the construction efficiency, improving the interlayer adhesive property and prolonging the service life of a road surface.
本发明提供了一种反应型不粘轮层间黏结剂及其制备方法和应用,涉及道路工程技术领域。本发明提供的反应型不粘轮层间黏结剂,包括独立分装的A组分和B组分;所述A组分与B组分的质量比为1~6:1;所述B组分的固含量为5~40%;以质量分数计,所述A组分包括:基质沥青40~60%,固体改性剂3~5%,液体改性剂2~6%,乳化剂0.7~1.5%,水30~50%;以质量分数计,所述B组分包括:有机硅类乳液0~5%,聚乙烯蜡类乳液5~10%,特种单体0~5%,水85~95%。本发明提供的反应型不粘轮层间黏结剂粘结性能好、破乳速度快、工后不粘轮、环保性能好,能够改善施工效率,提升层间粘结性能,延长路面使用寿命。
