Laying structure and method for single-component polyurethane drainage anti-crack and anti-rutting pavement
The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering, and particularly discloses a paving structure and method of a single-component polyurethane drainage anti-crack and anti-rutting pavement. A composite base layer is adopted, a drainage anti-crack flexible base layer of a multi-gap large-particle-size single-component polyurethane mixture is paved on a cement stabilized macadam base layer, a lower surface layer is made of an asphalt mixture, a middle surface layer is made of a polyurethane mixture to resist ruts, and an upper surface layer is made of an asphalt mastic macadam mixture. Compared with the prior art, the invention aims at the characteristics that a single-component polyurethane mixture resists high-temperature deformation and a multi-gap large-particle-size mixture resists reflection cracks of a cement stabilized macadam base; the problems that a traditional multi-gap large-particle-size asphalt mixture needs high-temperature construction and is poor in long-term service performance, and ruts occur frequently in a middle surface layer of a traditional pavement structure are solved. In addition, the pavement structure can also be used as a pavement structure for broadening lanes in asphalt pavement reconstruction and extension projects, has multiple functions of water drainage, rut resistance and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明属于道路工程技术领域,具体公开了一种单组分聚氨酯排水抗裂抗车辙路面的铺设结构和方法。本发明采用复合基层,在水泥稳定碎石基层上铺筑多空隙大粒径单组分聚氨酯混合料的排水抗裂柔性基层,下面层采用沥青混合料,中面层采用聚氨酯混合料以抵抗车辙,上面层采用沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料。与现有技术相比,本发明针对单组分聚氨酯混合料抵抗高温变形和多空隙大粒径混合料抵抗水泥稳定碎石基层反射裂缝的特点,解决了传统多空隙大粒径沥青混合料需高温施工且长期服役性能差以及传统路面结构的中面层车辙频出的问题。本发明另外也可以作为沥青路面改扩建工程中拓宽车道的路面结构,兼具排水抵抗车辙等多种功能,具有广阔的应用前景。
