Anti-floating structure in foundation pit construction and construction method
The invention discloses an anti-floating structure construction in foundation pit construction and a construction method. The anti-floating structure construction comprises a basement continuous wall which is arranged along the periphery of a foundation pit and fixedly installed on the side, away from a basement, of an outer wall of a foundation pit basement body structure. The top, in the height direction, of the basement continuous wall is higher than the foundation pit basement top plate, extends in the direction away from the foundation pit basement top plate relative to the surface of the foundation pit basement top plate and is fixedly provided with a top beam. An anti-floating bracket is fixedly installed at the position, between the top beam and the foundation pit basement top plate, of the top of the foundation pit basement main structure column. By means of the part, protruding out of the basement top plate, of the top beam at the top of the enclosure structure, joint bars are reserved during construction of the basement top plate, and after construction of the basement top plate is completed, the anti-floating bracket is fixedly installed on the top of the foundation pit basement main structure column. The anti-floating bracket is poured, the top of the anti-floating bracket depends on the counter force of the top beam, the whole anti-floating effect is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and high popularization value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基坑施工中抗浮结构构造及施工方法,构造包括沿着基坑周边布置并且固定安装在所述基坑地下室主体结构外墙远离所述地下室一侧的地下室连续墙,所述地下室连续墙沿高度方向的顶部高于所述基坑地下室顶板并且相对于所述基坑地下室顶板的表面向远离所述基坑地下室顶板的方向延伸并固定安装有冠梁,所述冠梁与所述基坑地下室顶板之间在所述基坑地下室主体结构结构柱的顶部固定安装有抗浮牛腿,本发明通过利用围护结构顶部的冠梁突出地下室顶板的部分,在地下室顶板施工的时候,预留插筋,并在地下室顶板施工完成后,浇筑抗浮牛腿,抗浮牛腿顶部依靠冠梁的反力,起到整个的抗浮效果,提高了施工的效率,具有较高的推广价值。
