The invention discloses a self-balancing hanging wheel quick release type bidirectional buffer which comprises a first pulley block, a second pulley block and a buffer body. The first pulley block comprises a first wheel carrier, at least one first inner spherical outer ring, at least one first outer spherical bearing and at least two first pulley bodies; the second pulley block comprises a second wheel carrier, at least one second inner spherical outer ring, at least one second outer spherical bearing and at least two second pulley bodies; the maximum thickness of the buffer body is smaller than the width of the lower opening of the track. One end of the buffer body is detachably connected with the first pulley block in a hooking manner, and the other end of the buffer body is detachably connected with the second pulley block in a buckling manner, so that when maintenance is needed, disassembly and assembly can be carried out by hands without a tool, the operation is very convenient, and the labor cost for opening an access hole and disassembling the pulley block is reduced; therefore, a user does not need to worry about the problems of maintenance and replacement when using the hanging wheel system with the buffer.
