The invention provides a semi-fabricated steel box girder bridge deck pavement structure and a construction method thereof, and the pavement structure comprises a pre-paved antirust layer, a pre-paved waterproof bonding layer, a pre-paved high-performance structural layer, a bonding layer, an embedded rubble layer and a wearing layer which are arranged on a steel box girder bridge deck slab from bottom to top, wherein the steel box girder body, the pre-laid anti-rust layer, the pre-laid waterproof bonding layer and the pre-laid high-performance structural layer form a prefabricated part; the semi-assembled pavement structure has the advantages that (1) the semi-assembled pavement structure has the performance advantages that the quality stability is high, and the maintenance is easy; (2) the construction has the advantages that the speed is high, the mechanization degree is high, and the demand on land is low; (3) the environment-friendly advantage: few quality defects, low waste rate and low construction temperature; and (4) the system has the application advantages of strong interference resistance, adaptability to various construction environments and the like. The method has wide application and popularization prospects in areas which are ecologically fragile and have a large number of bridge construction requirements, such as Qinghai-Tibet and Xinjiang, and cities which need viaducts to quickly construct dispersed traffic flows.
本发明提出了一种半装配化钢箱梁桥面铺装结构及其施工方法,此铺装结构包含由下至上在钢箱梁体桥面板上布设的预铺防锈层、预铺防水粘结层、预铺高性能结构层、粘结层、嵌挤碎石层与磨耗层,其中钢箱梁体与预铺防锈层、预铺防水粘结层、预铺高性能结构层组成预制件;半装配化铺装结构具备的优势包括:(1)性能优势:质量稳定性高、易维修;(2)施工优势:速度快、机械化程度高、对用地的需求小;(3)环保优势:质量缺陷少、废料率低、施工温度低;(4)应用优势:抗干扰强、可适应多种施工环境等。本发明面对青藏、新疆等生态脆弱却有着大量桥梁建设需求的地区以及需要高架桥快速建设分散车流的城市有着广阔的应用推广前景。
