The rigid plate with enough rigidity is manufactured by borrowing the space of the original bridge deck concrete protective layer and the asphalt layer, so that the existing heavy load requirement can be met; by bonding with the original bridge deck pavement layer, the transverse force transmission capacity of the original pavement layer is used as surplus; and the wearing layer at the top enables the vehicle to run comfortably and safely.
