The invention relates to a mounting method of an ultra-wide viaduct cast-in-place box girder construction tower crane, which comprises the following steps of: pre-burying four pier part pre-buried fulcrums on the upper end surface of a pier when the pier is constructed, and enabling the upper ends of the pier part pre-buried fulcrums to protrude out of the upper end surface of the pier; when a cast-in-place box girder end cross beam is constructed, four cross beam part pre-embedded supporting points are pre-embedded in the cast-in-place box girder end cross beam, a rectangular steel frame is pre-embedded and supported at four corners of the upper ends of the four cross beam part pre-embedded supporting points and is provided with positioning steel plates, and the lower ends of the cross beam part pre-embedded supporting points extend out of the lower surface of the cast-in-place box girder end cross beam; the bridge pier part pre-embedded supporting point and the cross beam part pre-embedded supporting point are detachably connected together, and the box girder pouring construction tower crane is installed by supporting the four positioning steel plates on four supporting points at the bottom of the box girder pouring construction tower crane in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The tower crane has the advantages that road surfaces on two sides of a road do not need to be occupied, the hoisting radius is large, and the bearing capacity is high; and the problem that the tower crane for the ultra-wide box girder without tower crane mounting space beside an elevated frame cannot be mounted is solved.
本发明涉及超宽高架桥现浇箱梁施工塔吊的安装方法,施工桥墩时在桥墩的上端面上预埋四个桥墩部预埋支点,桥墩部预埋支点的上端突出于桥墩上端面,施工现浇箱梁端横梁时在现浇箱梁端横梁内预埋四个横梁部预埋支点和预埋支撑在四个横梁部预埋支点上端的四个角上设定位钢板的矩形钢架,横梁部预埋支点的下端伸出现浇箱梁端横梁的下表面,桥墩部预埋支点同横梁部预埋支点可拆卸连接在一起,通过四块定位钢板一一对应地支撑在浇箱梁施工塔吊的底部的四个支撑点上来实现对浇箱梁施工塔吊的安装。本发明具有无需占用道理两侧路面、起吊半径大且承重能力大的优点,解决了高架旁无塔吊安装空间的超宽箱梁用塔吊无法安装的问题。
