The invention provides a grouting steel pipe micro pile which comprises a main body assembly, and the main body assembly comprises a pushing ring, a tension spring, a guide sleeve, four guide columns, two connecting rods, a supporting ring, an inner pipe, a trapezoidal reinforcing piece, a reinforcing rib, an outer pipe, a first limiting groove, a second limiting groove and a grouting hole. The trapezoid reinforcing pieces are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the inner pipe at equal intervals. The pushing ring is pressed downwards, the guide column moves downwards in the guide sleeve, the position of the guide column can be limited through the guide sleeve, the guide column pushes one connecting rod, then the supporting ring can be attached to the inner side wall of a foundation pit, and therefore the outer pipe can be supported through the supporting ring; the stability of the inner pipe and the outer pipe can be guaranteed, the shear resistance and the compressive strength of the inner pipe and the outer pipe can be enhanced through the reinforcing ribs and the trapezoidal reinforcing pieces, and then the situation that the inner pipe and the outer pipe deform due to insufficient bearing capacity is avoided.
本发明提供了一种注浆钢管微型桩,包括主体组件,所述主体组件包括推动环、拉簧、导套、四个导柱、两个连杆、支撑环、内管、梯形加强件、加强筋、外管、第一限位槽、第二限位槽和注浆孔;所述梯形加强件等距固定连接于所述内管的外侧壁。本发明通过向下按压推动环,导柱在导套内向下移动,通过导套可以限定导柱的位置,导柱推动一个连杆,进而可以使支撑环与基坑的内侧壁贴合,因此通过支撑环可以对外管进行支撑,在对固结浆液进行浇筑时,可以保证内管和外管的稳定性,通过加强筋和梯形加强件可以增强内管和外管的抗剪和抗压强度,进而避免内管和外管出现因承载力不足而发生变形的情况。
