The advantages of a viscoelastic damping material and a steel plate are integrated, a multi-stage energy dissipation structure is arranged, all the parts are simple in structure, convenient to use and capable of coordinating with one another and exerting the maximum effect, the material utilization rate is high, the energy dissipation and seismic isolation effects can be well achieved, and the energy dissipation and seismic isolation composite material can be widely applied to seismic reinforcement of newly-built projects and existing projects. Meanwhile, the strength and the tensile strength of the novel prepared viscoelastic damping material are increased, so that the physical performance of the damper can be greatly improved, and the damper can cope with large deformation under the action of large external loads.
