BIM-based tank chamber dome construction method
The invention relates to a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based tank chamber dome construction method, which comprises the following steps of: a, earthwork construction: excavating earthwork according to a pay-off position; b, construction of a tank chamber foundation is conducted, and meanwhile a tower crane foundation is constructed in the center of the tank chamber foundation; c, a tower crane is installed on the tower crane foundation; d, the concrete wall of the tank chamber is constructed; e, the off-site steel tank bottom plate is hoisted to the tank chamber foundation through a tower crane for construction of the steel tank bottom plate; f, a tower crane is used for constructing the steel tank by adopting an upside-down method; g, backfilling the outer side of the tank chamber; h, the top of the steel tank is used as a formwork platform for assembling a jig frame platform, and the jig frame platform is connected with a tower crane through a steel wire rope; i, the jig frame platform is lifted upwards to the designed height and fixed; j, construction of the dome of the tank chamber is conducted on the jig frame platform; and k, after the dome of the tank chamber reaches the strength, the jig frame platform is dismantled. The construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种基于BIM的罐室穹顶施工方法,包括步骤:a.土方施工,按照放线位置挖掘土方;b.进行罐室基础的施工,同时在罐室基础中心位置施工塔吊基础;c.在塔吊基础上安装塔吊;d.对罐室混凝土墙壁进行施工;e.利用塔吊将场外钢罐底板吊装至罐室基础上进行钢罐底板的施工;f.利用塔吊对钢罐采用倒装法进行施工;g.对罐室外侧进行回填;h.利用钢罐的顶部作为模架平台进行胎架平台的拼装,并将胎架平台通过钢丝绳与塔吊连接;i.将胎架平台向上提升至设计高度并固定;j.在胎架平台上进行罐室穹顶的施工;k.罐室穹顶达到强度后,拆除胎架平台。本发明缩短了施工周期,降低了施工成本。
