The invention discloses a method for treating and recycling organic contaminated soil based on an improved tunnel kiln. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating the organic contaminated soil; after being pretreated, the raw materials enter a drying chamber to be dried; after drying is finished, the materials enter a preheating zone to be preheated; the preheated green bricks enter a firing zone to be fired and formed; the fired and formed brick enters a cooling zone to be cooled, and the finished product brick is obtained after cooling. According to the method for improving tunnel kiln treatment and recycling the organic contaminated soil, harmless treatment and resource utilization are conducted on the organic contaminated soil after the organic contaminated soil enters a kiln, and meanwhile the obtained treated soil is directly sintered into finished bricks; besides, the whole green brick operation system is located in a closed environment, no harm is caused to human health, secondary pollution is effectively eradicated, and finally harmless, safe and recycling treatment of the organic polluted soil is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于改进隧道窑处置并资源化含有机污染土壤的方法,包括以下步骤:有机污染土的预处理;经过预处理后进入到干燥室中进行干燥;干燥结束后,进入到预热带中进行预热;经过预热的砖坯进入到烧成带,烧制成型;烧制成型的砖进入到冷却带中进行冷却,冷却后制得成品砖。该基于改进隧道窑处置并资源化含有机污染土壤的方法的有机污染土在入窑后的无害化处置和资源化利用,同时所得处理后的土壤直接烧结成品砖;此外,整个砖坯运行系统处在一个封闭的环境,不会对人体健康造成损害,并有效杜绝二次污染,最终实现有机污染土的无害化、安全化和资源化处置。
