The invention discloses a method for preparing layered porous ceramic based on an electrostatic spinning-laminated dipping and pressing process. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials; s2, preparing a precursor solution for electrostatic spinning; s3, preparing an alumina fiber film by adopting electrostatic spinning equipment; s4, preparing silica sol; s5, cutting, stacking, dipping and pressing the alumina fiber film into a laminated block; s6, carrying out drying treatment on the laminated block body; and S7, the treated layered green body is subjected to high-temperature calcination forming. The method for preparing the fibrous layered porous ceramic based on the electrostatic spinning-laminated dipping and pressing process provided by the invention is low in cost, simple to operate, easy to prepare into any shape and strong in designability.
本发明公开了基于静电纺丝‑叠层滴浸压制工艺制备层状多孔陶瓷的方法:S1:原材料的准备;S2:静电纺丝用前驱体溶液的制备;S3:采用静电纺丝设备制备氧化铝纤维薄膜;S4:硅溶胶的制备;S5:对氧化铝纤维薄膜剪裁、堆叠、滴浸、压制成压层块体;S6:对压层块体进行烘干处理;S7:对处理过的层状生坯进行高温煅烧成型。本发明提供的基于静电纺丝‑叠层滴浸压制工艺制备纤维层状多孔陶瓷的方法成本低、操作简单,易于制成任意形状、可设计性强。
