The invention provides a method for preparing porous ceramic through low-temperature hot pressing, which comprises the following steps: carrying out particle size grading on ceramic materials such as alumina with micro-nano particle size, taking a small amount of water, an alkaline solution or an acidic solution as a temporary solvent, uniformly mixing and stirring, putting into a mold, and consolidating the materials through a dissolution-precipitation process at high pressure and lower temperature, so as to obtain the porous ceramic. High energy consumption and pollution caused by high-temperature sintering are avoided, the ceramic containing the porous structure is prepared under high-pressure and low-temperature conditions through different particle size grading, and the method has wide application value.
本发明提供一种低温热压制备多孔陶瓷的方法,本发明采用微纳米粒径的氧化铝等陶瓷材料进行粒径级配,少量水、碱性溶液或酸性溶液作为临时溶剂,混合搅拌均匀后置于模具中,在高压和较低温度下,通过溶解‑沉淀过程实现材料固结,得到多孔陶瓷结构,避免了高温烧结造成的高能耗和污染,通过不同大小的粒径级配,实现在高压低温条件制备含多孔结构的陶瓷,具有广阔的应用价值。
