The invention provides a floor support plate hoisting mechanism for construction of a steel structure plant, which comprises two mounting seats fixedly mounted on transverse steel. The guide steel cable is arranged between the two mounting seats; the hoisting assembly is used for hoisting the floor support plate, and the hoisting assembly is arranged at the lower end of the guide steel cable; and the transfer assembly is used for hanging the floor support plate, and the transfer assembly is connected to the guide steel cable in a sliding mode. The floor support plate can be moved to the position where the floor support plate needs to be laid by pushing the transfer assembly, so that the floor support plate does not need to be manually carried, and potential safety hazards occurring during construction are reduced.
