The invention relates to geological polymer recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the geological polymer recycled concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of fly ash, 30-40 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 10-15 parts of natural river sand, 20-30 parts of an alkali activator, 1-2 parts of nano SiO2, 0.5-1.5 parts of MgO and 5-8 parts of water. Nano silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide are added into geopolymer recycled concrete, generation of micro-cracks is reduced by utilizing the filling seed crystal nucleation effect of nano silicon dioxide, shrinkage of geopolymer concrete is inhibited by utilizing the expansion effect of magnesium oxide after reaction, and the geopolymer recycled concrete can be recycled under the synergistic effect of nano silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide. The durability and the impermeability of the geopolymer recycled concrete can be obviously improved. In order to solve the problem that the adhesion degree of the recycled coarse aggregate is not enough in the polymerization procedure, the recycled coarse aggregate is pretreated, so that the recycled coarse aggregate adsorbs a mixed solution composed of orthosilicate and a silane coupling agent, the adhesion effect can be greatly improved, and the microporous structure is optimized while the strength of the polymer recycled concrete is effectively improved.
