Recycled polymer concrete material and preparation method thereof
The recycled polymer concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 176 to 234 parts of fly ash, 117 to 156 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 20 to 98 parts of sugarcane ash, 196 parts of alkali-activated solution, 764 parts of fine aggregate, 1023 parts of recycled aggregate, 39.7 parts of additional water and 2.3 parts of water reducing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the regenerated polymer concrete material. The industrial waste residues fly ash, blast furnace slag and sugarcane ash are reasonably utilized, the performance of the concrete material can be guaranteed, environmental pollution and resource waste can be reduced, the requirements of green and sustainable development of the current society are met, and wide application prospects are achieved.
本发明公开了一种再生聚合物混凝土材料,包括以下重量份的原料:粉煤灰176~234份、高炉矿渣粉117~156份、甘蔗灰20~98份、碱激发溶液196份、细骨料764份、再生骨料1023份、附加水39.7份、减水剂2.3份。本发明还公开该再生聚合物混凝土材料的制备方法。本发明合理利用工业废渣粉煤灰、高炉矿渣、甘蔗灰,既能保证混凝土材料的性能,又可减少环境污染及资源浪费,符合当今社会绿色、可持续发展的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。
