Novel molybdenum tailing sand thermal insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: step one, preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-50 parts of molybdenum tailing sand, 25-60 parts of cement, 15-20 parts of ceramic particles, 19-25 parts of a cementing material, 5-30 parts of an anti-crack fiber expanding agent, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 20-25 parts of expanded perlite and 120-150 parts of water; the method comprises the steps that firstly, prepared molybdenum tailing sand is sieved, so that the diameter of the molybdenum tailing sand is 0.15-0.3 mm; step 2, uniformly mixing the sieved molybdenum tailing sand with the prepared cement, ceramic particles, a cementing material, an anti-crack fiber expanding agent, a water reducing agent, expanded perlite and water to obtain thermal insulation mortar; the molybdenum tailing sand is used for processing and preparing the thermal insulation mortar, and the cement, the ceramic particles, the cementing material, the anti-crack fiber expanding agent, the water reducing agent and the expanded perlite which are reasonably proportioned are matched, so that the prepared thermal insulation mortar is more stable and better in adhesiveness, the thermal insulation effect is improved, the molybdenum tailing sand is fully utilized, and waste of resources is avoided.
