Lightweight porous carbonized plate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a lightweight porous carbonized plate and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a carbon mineralization material, nano silicon dioxide and water to obtain a mixed material; pressing the mixed material to obtain a formed plate; and carbonizing the formed plate to obtain the light porous carbonized plate. The carbonized plate prepared by the method is dense and uniform in pore channels, and the adsorption effect of the plate on moisture and gas can be effectively enhanced; the preparation process is a carbon neutralization process, the purposes of cost saving and waste recycling are achieved, the greenhouse effect is relieved, meanwhile, the preparation process is high in operability and suitable for industrialization, and the purposes of carbon dioxide recovery and light adsorption are achieved. Experimental results show that the carbonized plate is light and porous; the iodine adsorption value is 400 to 529 mg/g; and the fracture modulus is 3.6 to 8.2 MPa.
本发明提供了一种轻质多孔碳化板材及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳矿化材料和纳米二氧化硅、水混合,得到混合物料;将所述混合物料压制,得到成型板材;将所述成型板材碳化,得到轻质多孔碳化板材。该方法制备的碳化板材孔道密集且均匀,能有效增强板材对水分、气体的吸附作用;制备过程为“碳中和”的过程,达到节约成本,废物再利用的目的,减轻温室效应,同时该制备过程可操作性强,适合产业化,达到回收二氧化碳、轻质吸附的目的。实验结果表明:碳化板材的轻质、多孔;碘吸附值为400~529mg/g;断裂模数为3.6~8.2MPa。
