The invention discloses a photocatalytic carbonized plate and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a carbonized cementing material, a titanium source, absolute ethyl alcohol, water A and glacial acetic acid to obtain a precursor solution; carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the precursor solution, and filtering and drying after the reaction is finished to obtain a mixture; and uniformly mixing the mixture and water B, then pressing into a thin plate, and finally performing carbonization maintenance to obtain the photocatalytic carbonized plate. According to the preparation method, the surface of the carbonized cementing material is coated with titanium dioxide through a hydrothermal method, and the photocatalytic plate is manufactured by utilizing the carbon sequestration and coagulation functions of the carbonized cementing material, so that uneven distribution of photocatalytic powder in the plate is avoided, and the efficiency and mechanical property of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants are improved.
本发明公开了一种光催化碳化板材及其制备工艺。该制备工艺包括如下步骤:将碳化胶凝材料、钛源、无水乙醇、水A、冰醋酸混合均匀,得到前驱体溶液;将前驱体溶液进行水热反应,反应结束后过滤并烘干,得到混合物;将混合物和水B混合均匀,随后压制成薄板,最后通过碳化养护,得到光催化碳化板材。本发明通过水热法将二氧化钛包覆于碳化胶凝材料表面,并利用碳化胶凝材料的固碳凝结功能制作光催化板材,避免光催化粉体在板材内分布不均,有利于提高光催化降解污染物的效率和力学性能。
