The invention provides a preparation method of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer with a shrinkage reducing function. The raw materials comprise acrylic acid, methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, sodium vinyl sulfonate, ammonium persulfate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, p-toluenesulfonic acid, polyethylene glycol and sodium hydroxide. Sequentially adding methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, sodium vinylsulfonate, acrylic acid, ammonium persulfate and hydroxyethyl acrylate into the reaction kettle, and mixing and stirring. Introducing protective gas nitrogen into the reaction kettle, inserting a water segregator and a condensation pipe, and reacting for a plurality of hours at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C; adding the weighed p-toluenesulfonic acid and polyethylene glycol into the polymer while stirring, and carrying out esterification reaction for 5-6 hours at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C; and adding a sodium hydroxide solution into the ester, and adjusting the pH value to 6.7-7.0 to obtain the required product. The synthetic process is simple, and the process product has stable performance, good shrinkage reducing function and high water-reducing rate. The high construction requirement can be met, and the concrete strength can be improved.
本发明提供了一种具有减缩功能的聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法。本发明中原材料为丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、乙烯基磺酸钠、过硫酸铵、丙烯酸羟乙酯、对甲苯磺酸、聚乙二醇、氢氧化钠。取甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、乙烯基磺酸钠、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵和丙烯酸羟乙酯,依次加入反应釜,混合搅拌。向反应釜内通入保护气体氮气,插上分水器及冷凝管,在70~90℃温度下,反应若干小时;在聚合物中,边搅拌边加入称取的对甲苯磺酸和聚乙二醇,在70~90℃温度下,酯化反应5~6小时。在酯化物中加入氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH为6.7~7.0,即得所需产物。本发明合成工艺简单,工艺产品性能稳定,具有良好的减缩功能和高减水率。能满足较高的施工要求,可提高混凝土强度。
