The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning a slope body surface of a to-be-constructed area; the to-be-constructed area is excavated to form a horizontal construction face, and the horizontal construction face is located between the top and the bottom of the slope body; filling, leveling and compacting a horizontal construction surface; excavating on one side, close to the slope bottom, of the horizontal construction surface to form a pouring cavity; pouring bubble mixed light soil in the pouring cavity to form a bubble mixed light soil layer, and constructing the bubble mixed light soil layer to obtain an embankment auxiliary structure; constructing on the horizontal construction surface and the top surface of the embankment auxiliary structure to form a roadbed; and obtaining an embankment main body structure.
