The invention discloses a construction method for realizing accurate position adjustment and closure of high tower column steel tower sections, which comprises the following steps of: S1, mounting an active cross brace at the third section of concrete tower column at the top to adjust the deviation of the concrete tower column during construction; and S2, four step-shaped steel buttresses are installed on the steel-concrete combined sections of the left tower leg and the right tower leg, every two steel buttresses are installed on the corresponding steel-concrete combined sections, a three-way jack is placed on each steel buttress, a starting section steel tower column is jacked up, the starting section steel tower column is named as ST1, and the position of the starting section steel tower column is accurately adjusted through the three-way jacks. The construction method is suitable for precise position adjustment and closure of the ultrahigh cable-stayed bridge steel tower column. According to the construction method, the mounting precision of the steel tower column can be improved, the overall line type of the tower column is guaranteed, and the construction quality is improved.
