The invention discloses a road and bridge crack reinforcing structure device which comprises a multi-axis motion platform, an execution frame is installed on the front portion of the multi-axis motion platform, the inner wall of the execution frame is rotationally connected with a transposition swing frame driven by a rotating motor, and the inner wall of the transposition swing frame is rotationally connected with a main shaft driven by a transmission motor. A glue filling module, a joint cutting module, a joint drilling module, a detection module, a positioning camera, an internal cleaning module and a ventilation module are mounted on the peripheral side surface of the transposition swing frame; and an electric auxiliary mechanism communicated with the glue filling module, the joint cutting module and the internal cleaning module is mounted on the surface of the multi-axis movement platform. When the device is used, the multi-axis motion platform is arranged at the designated crack position on the road bridge, and after the multi-axis motion platform is arranged, the execution frame is arranged to the set height through the arrangement of the first supporting arm, the second supporting arm, the electric rotating table and the electric push rod.
