The pile head cutting process is characterized in that when a reinforcement cage is manufactured, the part, corresponding to a pile foundation, of a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage is sleeved with a casing pipe, and the pile head cutting process comprises the steps that S1, an annular tangent line is marked on the circumferential surface of the pile foundation; s2, the concrete on the periphery of the reinforcement cage is cut in the circumferential direction along the circumferential tangent line so that main reinforcements of the reinforcement cage can be stripped out; and S3, steel chisels are driven in the annular tangent line and the horizontal radial direction, so that the concrete surrounded by the reinforcement cage is broken. Concrete on the periphery of the reinforcement cage is annularly cut through an annular cutting method, the pile edge can be prevented from being damaged, and the integrity of bearing platform pile foundation concrete is improved. The sleeve sleeves the part, corresponding to the pile foundation, of the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, so that the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage can be protected and prevented from being damaged, and the quality of the reinforcement cage anchored into the pile foundation of the bearing platform is prevented from being influenced. The pile heads are separated by adopting a mode of symmetrically driving the steel chisels, so that the flatness of the pile top of the pile cap pile foundation can be improved.
本发明公开了一种桩头切割工艺,在制作钢筋笼时在钢筋笼主筋的与桩基对应的部分外套上套管,桩头切割工艺包括:S1:在桩基的周面上标注环切线;S2:沿着环切线环向切割钢筋笼外围的混凝土,以剥离出钢筋笼主筋;S3:沿环切线且沿着水平径向打入钢钎,以使钢筋笼包围的混凝土断裂。采用环切法环向切割钢筋笼外围的混凝土,能够避免破坏桩边,提高承台桩基混凝土的完整性。在钢筋笼主筋的与桩基对应的部分外套上套管,能够对钢筋笼主筋起到保护作用,防止钢筋笼主筋受损,从而避免影响锚入到承台桩基内的钢筋笼的质量。采用对称打入钢钎的方式分离桩头,能够提高承台桩基桩顶的平整度。
